We kindly ask that you DO NOT come to the clinic if you have the following conditions:
- Recent symptoms such as a new cough, cold, fever or difficulty breathing.
- If you have travelled or have come into close contact with anyone who has travelled out of the province within the last 14 days prior to your appointment.
- If you have been in close contact with anyone who has had a recent respiratory infection.
Please notify us of any of the above so that we may reschedule your appointment and provide us with as much notice as possible.
- Please arrive ON TIME. DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT EARLY. If you arrive early you will be asked to wait in your car, outside or in the lobby of the building and return at your appointment time. In compliance with social distancing orders, patients are scheduled accordingly to avoid overcrowding of our clinic and waiting room.
- Do not bring an excess of belongings into our clinic to avoid contaminating surfaces. Touch as few objects as possible during your visit.
- Patients should come alone. If you need assistance bring only ONE person. To limit office capacity please have your driver wait for you in the car or return when you are done. We will be happy to call them for you.
- Patients requiring translation MUST BRING ONLY ONE TRANSLATOR. We do not provide translating services.
- MEDICAL FACE MASKS ARE MANDATORY, No fabric masks. Please have it on BEFORE you enter the clinic.
- Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering our clinic.
Contact Lens Wearers: Please do not wear your soft contacts for at least 3 days, or hard contacts for 7 days prior to your appointment . Please bring your glasses with you.
